Dahi Vada is a south Indian fast food but it is very popular across India. We all love Dahi Vada, in Bengali we call Doi Bora. Even though we love Dahi Vada ( Doi Bora ) a lot, we seldom make this at home since it usually takes hours to make the Vada ( Bora ). In this recipe you will find a quick way to make Dahi Vada fast and tasty.
You can see below how much I have fried the bread.
Pinch with a fork on the bread before pouring the curd ( dahi ) so that it will get into the bread which makes them more tasty.
