Healthy Ramen Noodles with Shrimp

Ingredients
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Low Sodium Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Low Sodium Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce (Sriracha Sauce)
Vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste [the_ad id="2092"]
  • ½ Cup Thinly Sliced Onion
  • 1 Cup Julienne Carrots
  • 1 Cup Celery (sliced)
Others
  • 10-12 Large Shrimp, Peeled
  • 2 Packets Ramen Noodles, seasoning packets discarded
  • 4 tsp Vegetable oil
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • Salt (As needed)
Instructions
  1. Properly mix all the ingredients for sauce and keep it aside.
  2. Cut all the vegetables as needed.
  3. Heat a skillet in medium flame, add 3 tsp of vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimps, then add 2 ts of garlic paste, pinch of red chili flakes. Cook the shrimp for 1-2 mins.
  4. Now add 1 tbsp of the sauce you made in first step, cook the shrimp for another min. Turn off the heat, keep the shrimp aside.
  5. Cook the Ramen noodles without the seasoning in hot boiling water. Drain the water, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
  6. Heat the same skillet you used before, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  7. Once the oil is hot, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and cook for 15-30 sec.
  8. Then add the Onion and saute for 30 sec. Add the Carrot and celery.
  9. Once the vegetables have been soften add the noodles, mix everything. [the_ad id="2092"]
  10. Add 4-5 tbsp (remaining) sauce you made and mix it well.
  11. Add salt as per your taste.
  12. Finally add the shrimp.
  13. Serve the Healthy Ramen Noodles with Shrimp hot !
