The Tilapia with Green Beans is an Indo-American Tilapia recipe. You can have it with Rice & Daal and it will still be very delicious.
Ingredients
For Tilapia:
2 Tilapia Fillets
1 Teaspoon Garlic Power
1 Teaspoon Paprika ( Kashmiri Chilli )
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Power
1 Teaspoon Onion Power ( Optional )
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Power [the_ad id="2092"]
½ Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon dried Oregano ( replace this with parsley if you dont have )
½ Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
Red Chilli Flakes
Salt ( as per taste )
Olive oil
Lemon
For Green Beans
Fresh Green Beans
3 Green Chilli (Chopped)
¼ Teaspoon Red Chili Paste
¼ Teaspoon Finely Chopped Ginger
¼ Teaspoon Finely Chopped Garlic
⅛ Teaspoon Garlic Power
Pinch of Sugar
Salt
Olive oil / Vegetable oil
Instructions
Tilapia
Mix the Garlic Power,Paprika,Black Pepper Power,Onion Power,Red Chilli Power,Oregano,Brown Sugar,Red Chilli Flakes,Cumin & Salt in a bowl until they are evenly blended.
Sprinkle the spice mix on both side of the Tilapia Fillets and rub them using the tip of your finger so that it can evenly spread across both side,
Keep the Fillets for 15 - 30 minutes.
Heat Olive oil in medium flame in a skillet ( Frying Pan ) and fry the fillets for 3-5 minutes until they are golden brown outside.
Serve them hot with lemon juice. [the_ad id="2092"]
Green Beans
Slice the Green Beans in half.
Boil water with Salt and chopped Green Chilli.
Put the sliced Beans into the water and blanch them.
Heat oil in medium flame and put chopped Ginger, Garlic & Red Chilli paste.
Add the Green Beans and stir for 1 minute.
Sprinkle Garlic Power, Pinch of Sugar & Salt.
Serve with the Tilapia.
