Shell Pasta with Sausage is a very healthy recipe which you can make under 30 mins. All the vegetables are steamed/boiled, so you can be thrifty with the amount of Olive oil you would use. The use of Sausage will help to make the Shell Pasta very quickly and you can avoid the steps to prepare the meat.
While boiling the pasta you can add some salt in the water which will make the pasta more tasty. I am using Chicken Broth/stock with the red wine to make the sauce for the pasta. Once the pasta is ready you can cover it with a lid and keep it for 5-7 mins, this will help the paste to absorb the excess sauce.
There are different sizes of shell pasta available, I have used the medium size. You can use the whole wheat shell pasta to make Shell Pasta with Sausage even more tasty.
