Ingredients
  • 1 pound Tomato
  • 6-8 Cloves Of Garlic
  • 1 Medium Size Onion
  • 1-2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt(as per taste)
  • Pepper(as needed)
  • 2-3 Cups Of Chicken Broth/Vegetable Broth/Plain Water
  • Butter
  • ¾ Cup Fresh Cream
Instructions
  1. Cut the tomato and onion in medium size pieces, then spread the tomato ,onion and garlic in a baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450 F, place the baking tray into the oven and bake the onion and tomato for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Now put the roasted vegetable into the blender and make a puree. Then drain the puree using a strainer. [the_ad id="2092"]
  4. Add butter in a nonstick pan,then put 1 bay leaf. .when the aroma comes down add puree and chicken stock .Bring it to a boil, unit it has reduce into half.
  5. Now put fresh cream into the soup and bring it into the boil and adjust the consistency.
  6. Add salt and freshly crush black pepper. Now your yummy Tomato soup is ready for serve. sprinkle some dry basil .and put bread croutons on top the soup.
