Ingredients
  • 300gm Boneless Chicken (Cut into small pieces)
  • 4-5 Tablespoons Oil (Vegetable/Mustard)
  • 6 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon finely chopped Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon finely chopped Garlic
  • 2-3 Tablespoons finely chopped Tomato [the_ad id="2092"]
  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Paprika Power (Kashmiri red chili powder)
  • 1 Whole Red chili
  • Whole Garam Masala (Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch of Sugar ( Optional )
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in medium cooking pan (skillet). Put the crashed Garam masala (Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom) and whole red chili into the hot oil.
  2. Now immediately add finely chopped Onion, Ginger & Garlic, then cook for some time in low heat. When the Onion becomes transparent and soft then add the chopped Tomato and sauté them out until the tomato has been soften up and melted. [the_ad id="2092"]
  3. Add the chicken and again stir for some time (3-5 minute). Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder (paprika), Salt (as per taste), Pinch of sugar (optional).
  4. You need to cook the chicken until the oil comes out and the Onion makes a layer on the chicken.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with Rice or Chapatti.
Notes
You can add green chili paste.
You need to cook the entire recipe in low-medium heat, otherwise the onion will get burned.
