2 Tablespoons Basil Leave Paste (See Note for alternative)
¼ Teaspoon Chili Flakes
3 Tablespoon Alfredo Sauce
½ Tablespoon Mayonnaise
Salt (As needed)
¼ Teaspoon Cajun Power ( Optional )
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper Power
2 Tablespoons Chopped Sun Dried Tomato ( Optional )
4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Garlic Power ( Optional )
Instructions
Preparation
First of all make small pieces of the chicken, then take off the skin from the Shrimps.
Cut the Bell Pepper (Capcicum), Asparagus and Mushroom.
Chop the Basil Leaves and make a paste.
Boil the Pasta
Add salt to a bowl of water, put it on the oven in medium heat and wait until the water is hot.
Put the pasta in the water and boil them.
Once the pasta is soften enough then drain the water. Keep one cup of this water aside.
Final Step
Heat the oil in a skillet\cooking pan then add chili flacks & chopped garlic. Saute them for 30 sec.
Add the Chicken, Shrimp, pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 min until the Chicken turns white.
Now you can add pinch of Cajun Power, but this is totally optional.
Add the Bell Pepper, Mushroom, Asparagus and reduce the flame to low. Then cover the skillet/cooking pan until the vegetables are boiled.
Add the boiled Pasta and pinch of garlic power(optional). [the_ad id="2092"]
Then add Alfredo Sauce, Mayonnaise & one Cup of boiled Pasta water. Increase the heat and saute them for few mins.
Add Black Pepper Power, Lemon Juice , pinch of Chili Flacks (for nice texture) and mix them well for 3-5 mins until the water has been dried.
Add Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Leaf Paste.
Saute the Pasta for few more minutes and serve the tasty & yummy Chicken and Shrimp Pasta hot.
Notes
In case you don't find Basil Leaves, use Tulsi leaves, but use ⅓ in quantity since the flavor is very strong. If you want to make the Cajun Spice by yourself , mix Paprika,Black Pepper Power,Onion Power,Red Chili Power,Oregano,Brown Sugar & Salt in a bowl until they are evenly blended.
